• Required immense knowledge of the Airline & Travel industry.
• Knowledge of the Travel B2B market or any of the airlines is a must.
• Responsible for selling Air, Hotel, Reservation, Vacation Packages, and Business Packages to the customers.
• Should be able to create and package up holidays.
• Should be able to deal with Customers & Various internal departments/ airlines.
• Able to communicate with B2B agents/ B2C & understand their requirements about group booking & try to match budget for group
confirmation.
• Handle inbound calls & Enquiry emails.
• Proficiency in Writing concise and clear emails and letters.
• Generating leads will be added advantage and highly appreciated.
• Should be able to up sell to customers& handle post-sales queries of the customers.
• Responsible for handling Group Queries(Domestic and International)
• Handling cases (Query/ Request/ Complaint/ Appreciations).
• Performing other duties as assigned by management
