Job description:

• Obtaining information from clients and making travel arrangements

• Negotiating best rates among multiple suppliers

• Design and prepare quotation of tour package

• Processing Hotel bookings, flight bookings and other tour related bookings,

• Preparing documents for visa application and submission

• Always accessible (24x7) to handle any last-minute escalation / issue / complaints from the client

Job Requirements:

• Experience of 2-4 years in travel company

• Strong customer skills

• Ability to multitask and work irregular hours when required
