Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Travel Advisor to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure their journey is seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to assess their travel preferences and requirements.
Design and propose tailored travel itineraries that include accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
Develop and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with suppliers to secure the best deals and ensure excellent service delivery.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
Assist clients with travel documentation and any post-booking inquiries or changes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in international travel sales is a must.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required
