Key Responsibilities:

Booking and Reservations: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours. Ensure all reservations are accurate and confirm bookings with clients.

Travel Documentation: Assist clients with necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and travel insurance. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and compliant with travel regulations.

Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel itineraries that align with clients' preferences and needs. Offer suggestions for activities, dining, and local attractions to enhance the travel experience.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their travel experience meets or exceeds expectations.

Market Research: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments. Continuously update knowledge of travel products and services to offer the best recommendations.

Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain accurate records of client bookings, transactions, and communications. Process payments and handle any necessary documentation.
