Travel Consultant (B2B)

Our organization is currently looking for Travel Consultant (B2B) with UAE and other Destination Travel experience to join our Mumbai branch. The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service abilities, strong communication skills, and a desire to travel.

Responsibilities:

* Presenting expert travel advice and booking services to provide exceptional customer service.

* Planning travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. •Processing bookings and issuing tickets.

•Advising clients on visa requirements and processing applications for UAE and other destinations.

• Resolving customer complaints and issues.

•Staying current with travel industry trends.

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of UAE and popular destinations travel regulations, visa processes, and local destinations.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced workplace and manage many projects simultaneously.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Detail-oriented and organized

* Expertise in ticketing and holiday booking software
