Job Responsibilities

Handling calls, emails and assisting the Corporate Clients regarding their requirements.

Handle the Domestic hotel bookings.

Good Knowledge of domestic destinations.

Knowledge of using B2B Portals for Hotels,

Assisting with any hotel-related issues that may arise.

Good Knowledge of MS Office.

Dedicated and committed to the job with a positive attitude towards clients and work.

Relevant experience in the travel industry.

Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.

Should have a pleasant personality, hardworking, reliable and must possess aptitude to learn.

Skills:

Good Communication skills.
