Job Description:
- Will be responsible for Domestic and International Group Tour Operations
- Attending to Customer Queries & work with sales team to close queries.
- Preparing client proposals, presentations & estimates.
- Negotiating with vendors, hotels etc.
- Managing team.
Desired Skills:
- Highly experienced in the MICE industry. (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events)
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Must have experience in handling corporate MICE Groups.
- Should have a strong network in travel industry (DMCs, vendors, hoteliers, transporters etc)
- Coordinating and finalizing with vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project
- Should have good travel history both within as well as outside India
- Comfortable to travel with senior executives and premium groups
Academic Qualifications & Experience
- MBA Preferred but must be a minimum Graduate
- Minimum of 7-10 years Travel Operations experience.
