Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

Proficiently handle ticket bookings and manage reservations.

Negotiate and secure the best fares for customers.

Provide outstanding customer support throughout the booking process.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies and travel regulations.

Must be aware about the process to Book the US Tickets.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel sales or ticket booking.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in using travel booking systems and software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
