Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overseeing transportation policies and maintaining standards as

per the company and client/customer needs

- Managing the resources including manpower, vehicles and other connected

things

- To oversee the performance, efficiencies and satisfaction of employees as well

as find ways to enhance employees work quality and productivity

- Training of staff/drivers

- Preparing and sending MIS Report regularly

- Vehicle Routing and Control of cost reduction

- Commercial/personal vehicle documentation and agreement of service of the

vehicle

- Assignment of bookings to vehicles & drivers

- Transport quality management and dealing while audits

- Research for identification of new markets

- Client facilitation / satisfaction

- Airport Service Delivery
