Through Experience and Knowledge on Transmission Line Construction activities up to 220kV level includig Civil Works, Structure Erectiion, Stringing, OPGW, Commissioning
Experience in handling MSETCL officials preferable
Experience and Knowledge in Route Survey/Alignment, Tower Spotting, Detailed Survey, Check Survey, finalizing optimal route taking into consideration crossings, ROW issues etc., Railway, Highway and other crossing requirements etc.
Ensuring Joint measurtements certified for the works executed from State Electricity Board Officials/ Private Customers
Managing sub contractors, labor in an effective manner to get the works executed as per schedule
Effective Liasoning with Electricity Board officials, Contractors,other local officials
Maintaining the FQP and ensuring Site safety.
Certification of Contractor Bills/Joint measurement certificates and preparing reconciliation statements
Expediting and monitoring the ongoing works and ensuring proper working from Contractors
to provide necessary support to site incharge as per the assigned works
Coordination with Procurement & Engineering Teams in HO/COO for any issues if required
Providing inputs for Project MIS
Coordinating with client for collection of Route map, detail survey and check survey
Calculating the material requirement ( Structure parts, hardware , conductor and OPGW) for execution Approved Tower Schedule.
coordinate with client for clearing of ROW issues to create work front for construction activities.
Preparation of LD, crop compensations and ensuring the compensations are made intime to beneficiaries.
Coordinating with Electricity board officials/private customers & getting approvals for day to day activities.
Preparation of DPR & DLR & Weekly reports- PPT.
Ensuring of quality of work .
Calculating the material requirement for execution Approved Tower Schedule.
Mobilizing the men and material for Tack welding, tower foot earthing works
