Compilation of appraisal data for competency mapping; training need identification; preparation of training calendar; implementing training schedules; assisting in organizing in-house and liaise for outdoor training programs; managing records including attendance/training history; Monitoring small group involvement activities/ quality circles; Conducting behavioral training at workmen level and assisting in evaluation of effectiveness of training.
