Roles & Responsibilities:

* Imparting product related training to new sales field staff.

* Conducting refresher training for existing sales field staff.

* Evaluating training participants on set standard parameters.

* Training sales field staff in soft skills.

* Arranging logistics for training.

* Developing product related content.

* Developing training initiatives for improving in clinic effectiveness of sales field staff.

* Preparing & conducting e-learning modules.

* Maintaining database of training participants.

* Handling training app with reference to its day to day implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Candidate should be B. Sc/ B. Pharma/ MBA with a minimum 1-2 years training/ sales field experience in a pharmaceutical company.

* He should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English & a flair for imparting training.

* Good basic anatomy & pharmacology knowledge is a must.
