Job description
Create/obtain job opportunities by working closely with the industry partners and map candidates enrolled in PyNet Labs Training programs to the requirements.
Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers
Actively gather interview feedback and provide insights & actionable recommendations to the relevant internal teams
Mentor candidates from an industry point of view around career goals, requirements of relevant job roles, job market trends, techniques for competing for jobs, effective methods for completing job applications and interviewing methods.
Help candidates build a professional profile (CV, LinkedIn etc).
Create an active learning community of students.
Measure and track student performance in the interview preparation phase.
Strategize and innovate ways to increase student participation and engagement in all placement preparation initiatives.
Maintaining a constant interaction with top industry managers (both Functional / HR) across the leading companies
Driving tie-ups with top notch companies for manpower requirement / training / research / consulting requirements Coordinating and managing the entire placement process for the companies recruiting from the Campus.
Identify, manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners with a goal of providing talent supply and training partnerships
