Role Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities 1. The Placement Officer would be predominantly responsible for

identification of major employers for urban placement opportunities for

Anudip students.

2. Line up the students according to the companies requirement and associated

with the pre-placement profiling.

3. Visit the company’s Director and HR head for manpower requirement

and placement tie-up.

4. Coordinating with the branches regarding placement procedure and placed

students.

5. By placing students generate revenues for the organization.

6. Maintain the documents related with pre-placement and post-placement.

7. Maintaining students database.

8. After getting the requirements from client, giving briefing to the students

about the opening detail.

9. Conduct the job market studies.

10. Regular coordination with the respective manager and trainers.

11. Need to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on the

organizations needs.

Qualification Graduate | Post Graduate in any discipline

Experience Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in placement of students from

skilling/training/educational institute.

Skills and Competencies 1. Strong verbal and written Communication Skills

2. Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance

3. Should have good knowledge and relations with corporates.

4. Must have the inclination towards society and working for marginalized

community ;

About Anudip Foundation for Social Welfare

Mapping potential catchment areas and communities suitable for mobilization in the identified locations.
Building rapport with the local community leaders well before the start of the mobilization.
Creating awareness on the Anudip program and sensitizing community to participate and take the program to as many needy as possible.
Addressing communities about the Anudip program and its benefits through various means of communication to motivate and encourage youth to avail the opportunity.
Helping the center team to select the needy youth (Anudip Students) and ensure that the center has optimum batch strength.
Providing support to the center team / Area Manager in organizing Alumni - Guest events as and when required as per the process.
