Holding the training calendar for Bihar
Build the capacity of the program officers for effective delivery of the training program and make them understand the content/ curriculum and effective use of technology
Contribute to the review process, annual work plan, annual budget, program design and new project proposal from a capacity building perspective.
Lead the training of all the stakeholders through Virtual and physical medium
Customize the training program as per context and training requirements.
Participate in state level training programs, workshops, meetings and work with the state body to ensure that it’s integrated into a larger plan.
Work with the master trainer group at district level and hand hold them for knowledge transfer.
