Noora’s goal is to expand its current work in India and to serve patients where we will develop, launch and implement a context-specific, needs based, interactive, and adaptable intervention. Currently Noora Health has been supporting the local health authorities in mitigating COVID-19 pandemic by creating awareness through digital media and tele-training platforms. This is being implemented through training the field staff / community workers of the NGO partners. Training is virtually done and has been receiving huge demand from more NGO partners to train their field staff. This service expansion needs the Training Manager who will be helping the organization in designing, developing and delivering training. Post pandemic, the Training Manager will help the organization in expanding its flagship Care Companion Program across India.

Expectations |

Experience of 5 - 7 years. Minimum 3 years of training experience is preferred

You want to democratize healthcare and are an exceptional problem-solver and leader. You are, of course, a team player and excellent communicator, but you are also an independent and creative thinker, with no problem taking the reins through to completion. You are a doer and a go-getter.

You love checklists. You don't like to sit behind shiny glass panels building imaginary plans all day. You like to hit the ground running, get your hands dirty and if required jump in knee-deep waters to not just figure out the problem, but lead from the front to solve it.

You have the grace of diplomacy, treat others with humble kindness, while possessing the confident leadership skills necessary to build capacity on the teams that you manage.

You will not only be a doer but an innovator as well in helping us prototype changes that will build a more robust training program.
