- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection by corporate clients.

- Maintain a high level of exposure for the site through direct sales

- Meet and exceed sales targets (Closing deals)

- Negotiate rates/Offer with corporate clients

- Successfully create business from new and existing corporate clients

- increase market/customer share in all revenue streams

- Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
