Job Description

• Responsible for determining performance gaps, identifying training needs.

• Will be responsible for annual training calendar and training budget and ensure delivery takes place as planned.

• Scheduling and managing training resources.

• Ensure overall quality of training delivery.

• Responsible for training effectiveness analysis.

• Identifying needs and helping in developing relevant training modules to ensure effectiveness.

• Collecting feedback received from trainings in developing relevant training modules to ensure effectiveness

• Maintaining MIS for trainings conducted and timely reporting the Head HR.
