KPIS
• Responsible for teams knowledge and development, cultivating skillsand supporting
team on campaigns/activities enabling them towards AOP achievement
• Liason with Managers to identify training and development needs and conduct
evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Responsible for designing effective training modules, content management and
enhancement in line with learning objectives
• Ensure compliance to guidelines and quality of business
• Responsible for training role for new products/projects in line with organizations
initiatives
• Support and mentor new employees
• Manage training budgets and monitor training effectiveness
• Staying abreast with product, process and skills knowledge
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
• Proven experience as a trainer in financial products is a must
• Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools and willingness to keep
abreast of new techniques
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Critical, innovativeand creative thinking
• Willingness to travel and ability to manage large size of batches
