Key Activities:
•Daily performance monitoring of RMs, Sr RMs, CRM & Sr. CRM
•Spend time on Showroom floor giving OJT to RMs by handling select customers. Share improvement areas with RMs at end of day.
•Weekly monitoring of NSC related parameters.
•Conduct training and tests of entire team on every Saturday.
Responsibilities
-Second in line in Showroom operations
-Responsible for Recruitment, Joining, training, mentoring, grooming & development of Manpower
-All new joining Sr. RM & RM will be part of TDM’s team for first 2 months
-Conducting weekly evaluations and training sessions at dealership
-Tracking performance of Sales Manpower and handholding on improvement areas
-Assisting GM sales in day to day planning & operations
-MIS monitoring & trend analysis
-Responsible for tracking & achieving all MSIL incentive schemes & NEXA score card

-Valid Car Driving License is compulsory
