Three Ten Initiative Technologies LLP (310i), based in Visakhapatnam, India was established in 2016 with the primary motive of bridging the gap between academia and industry, by improving the skills of engineering graduates and making them more employable. 310i conducts skill development training in Visakhapatnam for multiple job roles in office management, automotive, oil & gas, and other industries.
We are looking to hire a confident, self-motivated individual who can work on minimum supervision to handle training as full time Trainer/Faculty to teach digital skills, general administration, office management, and soft skills.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
1) Graduate of any degree, any domain (science / commerce / engineering)
2) Minimum 3 years of work experience in roles of administration / customer support
3) 1 year of teaching/training/supervision experience
Desired Skills:
1) Excellent written and oral communication skills – English
2) Ability to converse in Telugu and English (mandatory) and Hindi (preferred)
3) Should be comfortable to teach classes in English
4) Excellent typing skills and ability to teach typing
5) Good documentation skills
6) Knowledge of office operations, general administration, customer support activities
7) Strong proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
8) Preferred, familiarity with skill development activities and norms
