��Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the placement department, preferably within educational institutions

💬Proficient in English (both written and verbal)

Additional Criteria:

🗣️Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory

Curriculum & Program Development:

Student Skill Enhancement:

📊 Assess and improve students�� skill levels.

🎙️ Organise and conduct mock interviews.

🤝 Industry Collaboration & Placement Coordination:

📈 Manage accurate records of student placements.

🚀 Organise placement drives and coordinate with companies.
