Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
Learn and apply recruitment tools, systems, and techniques.
Support HR activities like onboarding, documentation, and candidate follow-up.
Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate degree in any discipline (Bachelors Degree required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
