Job Title: Trainee Recruiter

Location: Dombivali (iThink By Lodha, near Xperia Mall) (Onsite)

Job Shift : US Time Zones (7:30pm to 4:30am)

Job description

We are looking to hire fresh individuals for the US IT and Technical Recruitment.

Qualification:

Excellent Communication Skills

Must Possess a strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility, and willingness to learn.

Diploma/Bachelors in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science

Responsibilities:

Source candidates from internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, social media.

Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.

Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors.

Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets.

Take care for full cycle recruitment.
