V- EXCEL was established in year 1987 as a partnership firm by Mr. N.M. Panchal and Mr. L.N. Panchal to cater spare part requirement of steel and plastic Industries.

In the year 1989 Mr. Kirti Panchal joined business to strengthen manufacturing capabilities and V- EXCEL started taking orders directly from Steel plants with addition of new machines.

In year 2003, the manufacturing capacity was further enhanced by purchase of Plot No - A 42 at Wagle Estate Thane and V- EXCEL Spares and Equipment Pvt. Ltd was formed.

Heavy machining facility was established and company started manufacturing Critical Spares and Equipment for Steel and construction industries.

Company also started exporting construction equipment attachments to USA, Middle East and Australia.
