Qualifications and Skills

Technical Knowledge (Mandatory skill)

Electronic Diploma (Mandatory skill)

ITI-Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic (Mandatory skill)

Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and passengers

Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with changing schedules

. in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics, providing a solid grounding in scientific principles

Diploma in Electrical Engineering offering practical hands-on experience

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to understand mechanical systems and maintenance

English, Hindi Marathi language are mandatory (read and write)

Roles and Responsibilities

Operate trains following schedules and ensuring timely transportation of passengers

Monitor electronic and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operation

Communicate with dispatchers and station staff to coordinate train movements

Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure safety and reliability

Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following standard protocols

Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger queries and concerns

Maintain logs and records of train operations and incidents

Participate in training programs to stay updated with new technologies and procedures
