Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead trading activities in Markets Supervised: generating sales, negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals,

achieving targets, supporting the entire order flows, managing payment

collections within timeline, generating new business.

- Supervise and lead customer relationship in Markets Supervised: developing and managing of customer relationships both existing and new ones.

- Supervise and lead new business development and market awareness in Markets

Supervised: regularly gathering market intelligence,

monitoring competitor activities, identifying and developing new prospects and

opportunities, developing own skills and skills of Subordinates to ensure

impeccable level of service, preparing and providing on a regular basis

information related to Markets Supervised to the Group.

- Supervise and lead required certain administrative and other managerial

responsibilities as directed by the Group:

preparation and supervision of budgets, plans, management of Subordinates,

resolving of administrative and other matters related to activities of the Group in

the Office Location with support of the Group where required
