Urgent Hiring For Trademark Secretary
Our Client in terms of its practice provides service across all aspects of Intellectual Property rights including patents, plant varieties, designs, trademarks, copyright, geographical indications trade secrets and related matters. Founded in 1994, today it has over 277 people and is amongst the top five IP firms in India.
Location - Gurgaon
Qualification: Graduation (we need experinced candidate in Patent/IPR Sector)

Roles & Responsibilities
All secretarial work related to trademark functions
Assisting attorneys in day-to-day work Trademark (Opposition/Rectification & Advisory)
Review of client instructions and independently responding to queries of clients
Drafting basic letters to the Trademarks Registry
Monitoring/ maintaining/ execution of statutory deadlines
Reporting documents to clients with filing formalities
Handling routine correspondence independently
Assisting in drafting status charts and keeping track of billing
Coordinating with different departments
Key Skills Requirements
Good presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and vocal)
Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel Computer Operator
Having knowledge/prior experience of Data Entry (not a necessary requirement but would be good if candidate has)
Effective organizational skills
Fast learner, enthusiastic, responsive, self-driven, and positive attitude
Problem-solving approach and managing day-to-day (operational) challenges
Going the extra mile to get the work done
Specialized in multi-tasking to meet multiple business requirements
