We are leading Patent sector recruitment consultant. We are hiring for a trademark attorney profile for one of our reputed client.

Description

Designation: Trademark Attorney

Experience: 5 years or more

CTC: (no bars for right candidate)

Openings: 3 positions

Location- Delhi

Notice Period: 15 days will be preferred.

Job Requirements-

Drafting reply to Examination Report

Attending show cause hearings

Drafting of Cease and Desist Notices

Drafting of Notice of Opposition

Drafting of Counter Statement

Attending hearings related to Opposition/Rectification proceedings

Holding conferences with clients

Following up with cases at the Trademark Registry

Filing Copyright applications

Drafting replies to objection regarding Copyright applications and attending Copyright hearings
