Experience: 1 to 3 years

Role and responsibilities:

• The candidate will assist attorneys in the clearance and prosecution of . and foreign trademarks.

• Will be responsible for handling all aspects of trademark applications, including filings with the USPTO

• performing preliminary trademark searches.

• Drafting assignment documents for recordation and meeting country specific requirements, such as notarization and legalization of documents; drafting legal correspondence

• assisting on due diligence reviews.

• Should have 1+ years of experience as a trademark paralegal

• knowledge of USPTO procedures

• extensive experience in conducting trademark clearance searches and in . and foreign filings

• proficiency in computerized docketing systems and MS Office

• Law graduates or Post graduates with at least 1 years of experience in handling Trademark Oppositions, Revocations and other contested proceedings

Skills:

• 1+ years’ experience in a business/customer focused environment.

• Must possess analytical & problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.

• Skilled and experienced in data entry work.

• Computer-savvy.

• Strong communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet).
