Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end flow of goods from an overseas source to diverse global markets.

- Navigate regulatory frameworks and documentation to keep things airtight.

- Coordinate with third-party facilities for inventory handling and quality checks.

- Manage shipping logistics for small-batch deliveries across continents.

- Handle credit terms and financial reconciliation with international partners.

- Be the voice of QWR—confidently liaising with suppliers, clients, and service providers.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: 5-7 years in international trade, logistics, or supply chain roles—bonus if you’ve tackled unconventional setups.

- Know-How: Deep familiarity with trade regulations and customs processes

- Language: Fluent English (spoken and written); +1 regional secondary language

Skills:

- Rock-solid organizational chops and a nose for problem-solving.

- Comfortable with trade paperwork and logistics tools
