Job Title: Tower Crane Operator

Reports to: Site Supervisor/Project Manager

Location: [FIJI]

Job Summary:

We seek experienced Tower Crane Operators to safely and efficiently operate tower cranes on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate tower cranes for lifting and moving materials.

2. Conduct pre-operational checks and inspections.

3. Plan and execute lifts according to site requirements.

4. Communicate with spotters, riggers, and other personnel.

5. Maintain accurate records (logbooks, inspection reports).

6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of tower crane operating experience.

2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Valid certifications (., OSHA, NCCCO).

4. Physical ability to work at heights.

5. Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.

Preferred Qualificatons:

1. Experience with various tower crane models.

2. Familiarity with rigging and load calculation.

3. Certification in specialized areas (., climbing, jumping).

4. Supervisory or leadership experience.

Working Conditions:

1. Construction sites, outdoors.

2. Varied shifts (day, night, weekends).

3. Exposure to extreme weather conditions.
