• Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press and related organisations.
• Calling & convincing (in English, Hindi, Bengali verbal communication) existing and potential customers to generate revenue.
• Counselling customers to sell the different tourism packages.
• To carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
• Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with services.
• Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research and data analysis.
• Coordinating and analysing the success of online advertising.
• Keeping records of progress, budgets and timescales, and keeping clients/colleagues up to date with these.
• Organising and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
• All the data need to be maintained carefully.
• Client’s update & report must be maintained in proper filing system.
• You must achieve the Target (Monthly/ weekly) given by the management.
• You must meet the deadline provided by the reporting manager/ management.
