Job Description

• uploading Rates and Inventory and Managing Contracts with Otas and Booking Engines

• managing Web Content Including Photographs On all Booking Engines and Otas

• manage and Monitor Website Content Effectiveness in Terms of Rates and Inventory

• managing Extranets with Updated Content and Booking Engines with Inventory Balancing, Blackout Dates, House Policies, Etc.

• handling Promotional Activities in E-market.

• liaison with Travel Service Providers and Online Partners

• maintaining Ranking of Trip India Hotels with Online Travel Agents

• relationship Building and Brand Positioning in Overseas and Domestic E-market.

• handling Reservations and Bookings for all Trip India Properties.

• maintaining Mis for the Management

• generating Revenue and Sales Via Local Travel Agents & Fits

• designing Special Packages for Trip India Online Business

• verify that the Ota Websites have Accurate Information On Hotels and Pictures of Newly Registered Hotels

• handling Rate Parity/disparity Related Issues with Respect to Online Travel Agencies

candidate Profile:

• fluent English and Hindi Speaker and Writer

• 2-3 Yrs of Experience in the Travel/hospitality Sector with Exposure to Online Travel Domain

• affinity/experience Within E-travel And/or Hotel/travel Industry, Hands On with Using Ota Extranets is a Plus

• pro-active, Sense of Responsibility and Can Work Independently

• quick and Resourceful, Flexible, Accurate, Strong Analytical Skills and An Eye for Detail;

• great Face-to-face and Telephone Communication Skills

• team Player, Motivated and Enjoys to Work in E-travel and Hospitality
