Job description
�� Identifying and guiding patients to great hospitals as well as good places to visit.
�� Knowledge of topography and major tourist destinations as well as the various treatments offered by famous doctors and different hospitals is preferable
�� Strategic relationship with domestic and international hospitals, healthcare facilitators and other persons involved with patient care.
�� Listing with international corporate, embassies, doctors, insurance companies, hospitals, healthcare facilitators and other ventures involved with patient care.
�� Meeting and Greeting patients at Airport, Bus Station and Rail Station.
�� Ensuring initial response time of less than hours for domestic and overseas queries.
�� Develop and execute Annual Marketing Plan for International Patient Services
�� Regular follow ups, content for promotion (Brochures, Video testimonials, Corporate Gifts etc.)
�� Find new business development opportunities in focus geographies
�� Generating business through active engagements with existing partners and appoints new partners.
�� Research about clinics, hospitals and business partners in local and abroad for partnership
�� Serving as liaison and mediator between patients and healthcare providers and tourism enterprises
�� Understanding language and cultural barriers for easy transition (Bengali, Hindi and English are must)
Qualification and Experience
�� Any Bachelor s or Master s Degree mandatory
�� 1 or 2 years Medical Tourism Experience or Hospitality Sales & Marketing candidates will be preferred
�� Excellent client service skills, customer visits required
�� Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
�� Strong ability to overcome customer objections and concerns; ability to quickly learn new medical advances
