Job Description

Work directly with the Owner and Operations Team

Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound travel services and follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.

Make quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers based on custom request

Work with operation team in Hotel booking, visa, insurance, transport bookings and other inclusion in the travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner.

Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers, resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer
