We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Travel Agent to join our team at Corporates Host Destination. The Travel Agent will assist clients in planning and booking their travel experiences, ensuring their trips are memorable and stress-free. You will provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, tours, and transportation while offering personalized recommendations to meet each client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs, offering personalized travel recommendations based on their interests, budget, and schedule.

Booking Travel: Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements through established systems or partnerships with vendors.

Destination Expertise: Provide detailed information on destinations, including attractions, culture, weather, and travel tips to help clients make informed decisions.

Itinerary Planning: Design and customize travel itineraries for clients, ensuring smooth travel experiences and offering local insights.

Customer Support: Offer ongoing support before, during, and after travel, including handling changes, cancellations, or re-bookings.

Sales and Upselling: Promote and sell additional travel services (., tours, travel ) and packages, aiming to meet sales targets.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records, process payments, and manage bookings using travel management systems.

Travel Documentation: Advise clients on travel documentation requirements, including visas, passports, and health certifications.

Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and the latest travel products and services.
