Job Summary
The Job of an Outbound Travel Consultant is a job of high responsibility, the position & role will involve;
* Catering to FIT Guests Domestic/Outbound Travel Requirements (flights/hotels/visas/packages) right from Lead Acquisition to successfully implementing the travel.
* The candidate will be responsible for selling domestic/international Packages. And should also have Experience of designing Itineraries, Costing, Booking hotels, booking tickets etc. with good Communication Skills. Professional skill we pay much attention to the application moral values & teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Liaising with clients in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements,
* Selling *Domestic/Outbound Tour Packages.*
* Understanding Client's Package Requirements.
* *Preparation Of Itinerary*As Per Client Requirements to suit the clients preferences and budget.
* Presenting, Convincing & Selling tour Package to Clients.
* Making and confirming bookings
* Issuing tickets/hotels/tours/transfers via online/offline company sources.
* Providing up to date advice on travel regulations including visa/places to stay/places to visit/things to do/things not to do
* Modifying existing bookings to suit a change in clients circumstances
* Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news
* Follow up from guest
* *Preparation of travel related documents Like ticket, vouchers*

Having sound knowledge in International Destinations like Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Bali and Europe. * Atleast 02 Years Experience in a similar profile
* Graduate
* Well versed in communicating in oral & written English
