* Liaising with travel partners including hotels and houseboats to manage bookings and schedules for guest enquiries
* Promptly dealing with customer enquiries with an aim to meet and exceed their expectations
* Building professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
* Mentoring and coaching peer team members for collective performance improvement.
* Managing relationships with the Airlines /Foreign Agents /Hotels /Guides/ Transport partners and all stake holders for a tour package.
* Responsible for planning, organizing daily itinerary for the tours based on the guest requirements.
* Promoting and marketing the company in events and seminars.
* Preparing Status reports (Daily and weekly) to update senior management.
* Following up with customers during the tour and collecting their feedback about the experience. Desired Candidate Profile
* 1-12+ Years of experience handling package Enquiries in a leading travel firm
* Excellent command of spoken and written English
* Graduate with basic awareness about tourism/ hospitality industry
* Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook and power point
* Commitment to internal and external customer satisfaction
* Proactive, self-Starter and Team Player
* Able to manage multiple tasks with deftness and attention to deadlines
* Effective Time Management skills
* Display efficient organizational skills
* Establish and Maintain strong Interpersonal Relationships
