Tour Consultant job description

Job Role
A. Management
• Creating itineraries, handling of bookings and travel documentation. Makes Booking and reservations for sightseeing tours, sporting events, theatre trips, etc
• Research, explore and study different travel destination options. Research on destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions and other relevant information.
• Research and study clients’ specifications and wishes to design customized itinerary.
• Linking with resources (Hotel, transport and others) of different tour destination to have business with them.
• Tour arrangement- Book tickets, reserve accommodation, food arrangement, organize rental transportation and all other packages included in tour.
B. Marketing
• Create database for advertising and marketing.
• Initiative for promotion and advertising in different platforms and create customer. He/she can meet with clients to discuss and learn about their travel requirements. He/she will be responsible for advising clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs, wants and capabilities. In addition, they help them plan trips to domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares.
C. Financial Management
• Will be responsible to handle the financial transaction- Collecting charges from client, transferring money to resources partners (hotels, transport etc)
