Develop processes

Create standard processes for building tools, and quality assurance procedures.

Maintain tooling

Perform repairs to tooling and equipment, and ensure that they are in safe working condition.

Monitor quality

Review the quality of tools developed, and ensure they meet quality standards.

Collaborate with others

Work with design teams, program management, and vendors to ensure that tooling meets project requirements.

Follow safety standards

Ensure that tooling and equipment comply with company and legal standards, and that the work environment is safe.

Reduce downtime

Work to reduce downtime of machinery and plant, and improve plant uptime and maintenance.
