Design: Create new and improved tooling designs, including molds, fixtures, and prototypes

Develop: Develop standard processes for building tools, including quality assurance tests

Machining: Machine tooling to precise tolerances

Maintain: Maintain tools and equipment, including repairs and preventative maintenance

Quality assurance: Ensure that tools meet quality standards and are safe to use
