Urgent opening for Time Office Executive in Manufacturing Company @ Ambala location.

Experience - 3 to 7 Years in Time Office

Male Candidate Only

Salary - 22,000 to 25,000 per month gross

Qualification - Any Graduate

Job will be in Rotational Shift Day & Night.

Job Profile

Supervision Control of Time Office activities including Wages and Salary, Labour Handling, Good Work activities, providing there solutions.

Process of Time Office activities including Salary and wages ,and good work Calculation .

Deals with manpower management and appraisal process up to worker level.

Worked on training and development process.

Maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.

Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.

Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.

Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.

Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines.
