Key Responsibilities:

Welding Operations: Perform TIG welding on various metals and materials according to project specifications, blueprints, and work orders.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of weld quality, inspecting workpieces for defects and making necessary adjustments to maintain precision.

Material Preparation: Prepare materials for welding, including cleaning, cutting, and shaping as required.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean welding equipment regularly, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

Job Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional vocational training or certification in welding is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience as a TIG Welder, with a minimum of [X] years of relevant work experience.
