Ticketing officer

Help passengers plan trips by making and confirming reservations, answering questions, calculating expenses, and selling tickets. They may also make other arrangements, such as car bookings.

Ticketing executive

Issue tickets, manage reservations, provide information about prices, availability, and event details, handle customer queries, and resolve ticketing issues.

Ticketing agent

Accept tickets from passengers in airports, check tickets, ensure the passenger's name matches the ticket, and identify suspicious behavior. They may also arrange routings, calculate fares, and handle help desk requests.

Reservation and ticket agent

Help customers with travel arrangements by using computers and manuals to determine timetables, taxes, and other information.

Ticketing assistant

Respond to customer queries, process orders, and troubleshoot issues via a variety of communication channels.

Ticketing staff may need to have strong guest service and communication skills, be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to work weekends and holidays.
