The Ticketing Officer helps passengers to plan for their trips. He/She answers questions on travel arrangements such as routes and time schedules. He/She makes and confirms reservations. He/She calculates the expenses and sells tickets to the passengers.
You must also have a fair knowledge of World Geography, excellent English Language communication skills - spoken/written, the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow
Extensive knowledge of ArchTics, Outbox and NLIVEN ticketing software
Ability to handle high volume of customer interaction while delivering exceptional service
Professionally assist and follow through with resolution of guest complaints
Sell tickets, season passes, lessons
Assist in the resolution of all guest complaints
Fluency in Arabic would be an advantage
Exceptional processing of tickets, be it new issues, refunds or exchanges, including all calculations
Supervising internal ticketing operations, including staff
Providing world-class phone and email customer service to our diverse clientele, from patrons needing assistance with web bookings to concierge desks purchasing tickets for their guests
