Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

1) Managing Ticketing Systems and ensuring smooth operations for travel.

2) Providing excellent customer service in ticket booking and enquiries.

3) Issuing Tickets and managing reservations for customers

4) providing detailed information about prices, availability, and venue.

5) Handling Customer queries and resolving ticketing issues.

6) Maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

7) Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall ticketing process.

Require Skill:

1) Bachelor Degree in Travel & Tourism or equivalent.

2) Strong Customer Service Skill.

3) Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skill.

4) Proficiency in computer applications and ticketing software.

5) Excellent problem- Solving abilities and attention to details.
