MEP CxA Engineer:

Support the project execution by Supporting CxA Manager / Project lead by carrying out following tasks:

1. Carryout MEP CxA / Peer Review project assigned as per the client requirements & timelines.

2. Executing project under guidance of Execution Lead / CxA Manager for Service delivery

3. Preparing day to day documentations for the projects

4. Support Execution Lead for Timely Service delivery for the project.

5. Document project related documentation on day-to-day basis such as Method statements / Reports / Commissioning Plan / LEED Documentation for all credits / Snag Report / etc.

6. Execute Day to Day project tasks as assigned by the project execution lead / CxA Manager.

7. Participating in weekly meetings & regular project team interactions along with project lead

8. Co-ordinate with different project team members from other consultants or contactors for delivering project in timely & quality manner

9. Attend & Witness necessary Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities on site independently / under guidance of Lead or CxA Manager.

10. Prepare necessary documentations for Commissioning

11. Keep Project on track with timely observations & Documentations.

12. Give Time to time consultations, on execution of Project activities, technical aspects

13. Assist in developing & documenting case studies for the project.

14. Take care of project related milestone & deliverables

15. Identify quality issues & prepare site quality reports

16. Prepare & maintain all the records of Peer Review & CxA

17. Prepare final list of Sign off on Project closure reports.
