Key Responsibilities:
Process Adherence
• Monthly Stock & Retail Planning to ensure Right Model Mix availability
• To bring retail focus on Premium, Scooter and other segments as required
• Deployment of Enquiry Management System & ensuring 100% HC usage.
• Planning & monitoring activations for lead generation
• To lead, appoint & groom the SN Manpower & monitor their effectiveness.
• Deployment of VI at Secondary Network as per HMCL guidelines
• To implement the new initiatives of the vertical in territory.
• To engage with the HO / ZO and AO to take forward brand level engagements, actions and market penetration strategies
• To keep track of competition in territory assigned.
• Conducting Structured Fortnightly Review with SN Owners & Team.
Drive Results
• To achieve Targeted Retail Volume(Overall TW & Model Specific) of territory
• Ensuring Retail Financier availability & monitor Retail Finance penetration.
• To Drive & monitor Secondary Network Band movements.
• Adequate Working Capital Deployment at Secondary Network(Paid-up stock & Peak season fund)
• To ensure customer satisfaction in territory
• To improve HHGL business in territory
