We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Officer to join our team in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for appointing super stockiest, distributors, and dealers, while also acquiring new clients in supermarkets, retail trades, and modern trade channels. Additionally, they will oversee promotional activities, conduct market research, maintain strong customer relationships, and provide regular reports on sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential partners and negotiate agreements to appoint super stockists, distributors, and dealers in the assigned territory.
Ensure optimal distribution coverage to maximize product availability and visibility.
Develop and execute strategies to bring in new clients within supermarkets, retail trades, and modern trade channels.
Plan and execute promotional activities such as product displays, in-store promotions, and sampling events to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns tailored to target demographics.
Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
Gather insights to develop actionable strategies for product positioning and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, super stockists, distributors, and dealers.
Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
